Maintenance is very poor. It’s breakfast is form out side and common in every day. The blankets and bathrooms are not up to the standard.

Got the details about the hotel from make my 訂房網站 app. Size of the deluxe double room is very small. Intercom not working. Not satisfactory.

Not at all professionally managed. Was allotted a lower category room than what i booked. Said the housekeeping staff slept of at 10 pm to clean the room. No restaurant at the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful, but the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and even coffee is arranged from outside. They sheets didn't look fresh when we checked in. The bathroom washbasin was leaking. The water was never hot/warm. However, after our complaint, they fixed the leakage & cleaned the room thoroughly.

1. The size of the bed is mentioned as king size but it's actually queen size and not king size 2. Bar at entrance near the reception and not recommended for family stay 3. Due to presence of bar in the reception area the area is full of cigarette smell.

The room was compact and had the basic facilities. The toilet wasn't working and they had to come fix it. The location is good, but there's very little parking. And there's a bar on the reception floor. That makes the ladies a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was good.

Very unhygienic toilet. Blocked closet. Also nuisance from other rooms. Not recommended for family.

Biggest challenge which i faced was language barrier because i don’t know tamil and hotel staff don’t understand hindi or english. They don’t have kitchen, if you want to have something then you have to take a help swiggy or zomato. I booked room with complementary breakfast but when i called them in the morning @ 10:05 am about the breakfast, they said breakfast timing is over (7-10. This was something very odd. They have time to call you to ask about your check out but can’t they ask about the breakfast.
